Browsing the Database
If you know the title of the movie you are looking for, type it into the search bar in the top left-hand corner and click 'Go'.
To browse the New Releases, Genres or products, click the corresponding links on the left-hand side.
Logging In
1. Click here to enter the database.
2. Click on 'Customer Log In' in the top menu or 'Log In' by the star on the right.
3. Enter your 'Username'
which is the email address you gave us when you signed up in store.
4. Enter your 'Password' which is the word or numbers you gave us when you signed up in store.
5. Click Submit. Note: If you forget your password, click the 'Forgotten Password' link and follow the instructions.
Important Information: You must be a member of the Ngongotaha store to interact with the database. If you are not a member, you will have browsing capability, but you will not be able to log in.
Reserving an Item
1. Ensure you are logged in.
2. Click on the item you wish to reserve.
3. Under the item image, you will see a button showing the status of the item. If item status is 'Available Now', click the 'Request Item' button.
4. To confirm your reservation, click 'Submit Cart'.
5. You will receive an automated email to say your request has been sent to the store. Do not reply to this message.
6. Once the store has retrieved your item, you will receive an email to say it is ready for you to pick up. Note: Reservations can be made for the same day only.
Adding an Item to your Wishlist
1. Ensure you are logged in.
2. Click on the item you wish to add to your wishlist. 3. Under the item image, click the 'Add to Wishlist' button.
4. Your item has now been added to a list that you can amend and add to anytime you are logged in to the MovieTime™ website. Note: Your wishlist can be accessed by MovieTime™ Crew in store.
Find out when Current Rentals are Due
1. Ensure you are logged in.
2. Click 'View My Status'.
3. Your current rentals and their due dates will show on screen.
